By starting to use Ani Video you accept these terms. If you disagree with something, simply do not use the service.
This is a translation of the Russian terms. If the two versions differ, the Russian one applies.

What Ani Video is
Ani Video is a service that creates short video clips with sound from your picture and text description. The service is available in Telegram. Payment goes in tokens: tokens are granted by a subscription or bought in packs.
Age
The service is for adults only. By starting to use it you confirm that you are 18 or older.
The adult section with add-ons is opened separately and requires its own age confirmation.
What is forbidden
You may not order clips:
- with minors, in any form and in any context;
- with real people, unless you have their consent;
- depicting violence against people or animals;
- breaking the law of your country or of the country you are in.
Requests mentioning children are rejected automatically, before generation. If the filter got it wrong, there is a button under the refusal that sends a complaint to the owner. We check it and sort it out.
The decision is made by the owner of the service.
Who owns the clips
Everything you created belongs entirely to you. Do what you want with it, including commercial use. The service claims no rights to your clips and does not publish them anywhere.
Responsibility for what you do with a finished clip is yours.
Tokens and subscription
There are two kinds of tokens, and they behave differently.
- the daily pool of a subscription is restored once a day up to its nominal value; whatever is not spent within the day burns and does not carry over;
- tokens from packs, welcome tokens and bonus tokens do not burn and stay until you spend them.
A subscription runs for a month from the moment it is granted. The price is fixed at the moment of purchase. A payment order lives for 36 hours, then closes by itself, and a new one can be created.
Refunds
We refund the unused part: we count the remaining tokens at the moment you ask and refund in proportion to what you paid.
Tokens already spent are not refunded: computing resources have been used and the clip has been made.
The tokens are returned in full, with no conditions. You do not need to ask, but if you noticed it yourself, write to us.
Data and privacy
- your Telegram identifier is used for your profile, balance and access to purchased features;
- submitted media and descriptions are processed to fulfil your order;
- order and payment details are used for support, refunds and resolving disputes.
User materials are not published or added to public galleries without separate consent. Contact the lead developer with questions about your data.
How the service works
Orders are processed in a queue. The waiting time depends on the load and is not guaranteed in advance. A priority queue shortens the wait but does not remove it.
Generation is probabilistic. The same request twice will give different clips, and a match between the result and what you had in mind is not guaranteed. Tokens are charged for the work done, not for a result you liked.
Sometimes the service stops for maintenance or because of a failure. Orders left unfinished in such cases have their tokens returned.
Changes
Prices, pool sizes and the set of plans may change. A subscription already bought lives out its term on the terms it was bought on.
These terms may change too. Significant changes are announced through the service’s Telegram channels.
